A powerful reminder of the mysticism of another age, this dolmen [link]
is thought to mark a barrow or burial mound circa 3500-2500BC. The original structure toppled during a thunderstorm in 1815 and was rebuilt nine years later by local volunteers.
One feels a sense of quiet awe in the presence of such places and this one was no different.
